Friends of Holland House AGM

Friends 2020 – AGM on Saturday 10th October 2020

We are planning to go ahead with our AGM on Saturday 10th October at Holland House. We will gather for coffee at 10.30am followed by the meeting. Then a picnic lunch will be available (for a minimum of £10 donation). We hope that this will make it easier for people who do not wish to travel in the dark to attend and there will be an opportunity to spend sometime after lunch to stay and chat (socially distanced of course). We hope to have around 15 people in the Conference Room and that newly installed IT equipment will enable proceedings to be relayed to another room and also for people to join the meeting from home via Zoom. Holland House Trustees will attend the AGM to report on what has been a difficult year for Holland House and the current plans for the future. We will also be electing new members for the Friends’ Committee and are seeking a new Secretary and Treasurer.
