Warden of Holland House

Holland House is a Christian Retreat and Conference Centre in Worcestershire, available for use by people of all faiths and none. Guests come to the House to deepen their spirituality or just to take some time out to recover their well-being. The current Warden is retiring after 14 very successful years, and so the Trustees wish to appoint a successor to take this highly regarded Retreat House into the next phase of its ministry.

The post of Warden is available to both lay and ordained individuals and the current vacancy represents a rare and exciting opportunity for the right person to play a significant part in shaping the future life and ministry of the House, building on previous successes and exploring new and innovative ways to take the organisation forward.

The Warden is provided with a family home, free of both rent and rates, situated in the delightful and much sought-after village of Cropthorne.
