Yoga for WellBeing days during 2022 are focused on a introducing a series of practices that will enable our “inner-life” to flourish. This is the last of the 5 ‘niyama’s we’ve been exploring. Today’s theme is that of Isvarapranidhana, literally laying (everything) down before God. This is the action of ‘letting go’, placing all our actions for good or ill, and everything we’ve done, wish to do, or has been done to us, before that which is greater than all (‘the Lord’). A perfect final practice before Christmas.
All the postures are accessible to both beginners and seasoned practitioners, and the day includes some meditation, chanting and breath-work. It also includes a delicious vegetarian lunch created from scratch by our brilliant chefs.
