Holland House is excited to bring you a day of yoga led by Prachi Pokhriyal, a wonderful yoga teacher trained in the tradition at the heart of India. Prachi will lead two sessions of 1.5hrs each, one in the morning and one in the afternoon. Using gentle postures, breathing and meditation, Prachi’s yoga practice will:
- Help to improve digestive system health, reduce joint pain and muscles stiffness.
- Relaxation of central nervous system and lymphatic system.
- Improve sleep quality.
- Improve hormone production.
- Improve the oxygenated blood circulation throughout the body.
- Stress reduction.
Prachi is in the UK only for a short time, and a good friend of the Warden Revd Ian Spencer – so take this great opportunity to engage with authentic Indian yoga that will greatly benefit body and mind from a delightful young teacher.

Prachi Pokhriyal: Yoga therapist and Nutritionist, trained with the Yoga alliance certified 500 hours Hatha and Ashtanga vinyasa yoga teacher with 3 years’ experience of teaching in India and across England.
RYS certified Prenatal, pregnancy and postnatal yoga teacher. PgCert. in Nutrition therapy, University of Worcester. MSc. Food science and technology graduate from Cardiff Metropolitan University, Wales.
