With the help of the Heritage Grant #HereForCulture Funding! we received earlier this year and a generous donation from The Bishop of Worcester we are currently refurbishing The Den.
For those of you familiar with the building you will be aware that it has needed some love and attention. Rock Plumbing and Heating have replaced the bathrooms and engaged other tradesmen to complete the plastering, replace doors and paint the whole of the interior. The old oil-fired boiler has also been replaced with a modern electric boiler, providing much more reliable heating and water.
In the next couple of weeks, Craycombe Carpets will be laying new carpet and the new furnishings will be put into place, Shirley and Tarn have done a wonderful job and they can’t wait to show you around. Follow us on Facebook for sneak peeks of what has been happening.
The Den will be available to rent on a self-catering basis from 2022, contact Shirley for more information.
